The practitioner agrees to provide the following : 20-minute telephone call prior to the first session. Plus, a pre session assessment for the client to complete prior to the first session. A one-hour careers guidance or group work session and an action plan as a reminder of the interaction includes additional information to support further progression. 

The Client , agrees to pay for the session 48 hrs prior to the session date, agrees to complete the pre interview telephone call and assessment and any specific research if requested. Please note prior to appointment I will email you a copy of all policies.
