My Career
I have a wealth of experience of working with young people and adults both in a careers-guidance role and in a vulnerable group-support role, over a 10 year period. 

I have worked in schools, colleges, including a Landbased College and community groups with clients that are gifted and talented and those that are extremely disadvantaged, with all specialist educational needs and disabilities and those on the SEMH remit (social, emotional, mental health needs).

I completed a pilot study to determine the educational and health needs of a disadvantaged group. 

Through this experience I have developed my own holistic interview guidance model, which allows maximum achievement within the time-frame.

Prior to this I worked in LRC (Learning Resource Centres) for ten years supporting students with studies and research. 

I have also worked in youth work, retail and nursing roles.
